Sarah Parrin – Director

Sarah founded Solutions Services Ltd in 2004 and has over 30 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry.

A highly self-motivated individual with a wide range of skills within business planning and growth. Passionate about customer service and staff retention. Sarah oversees all aspects of the running of Solutions Services Ltd.

Sarah is only 5ft 1inch, she has been known to walk 32 miles in one day so has worn down her legs!

Aroldo Calado – Operations Manager

Aroldo joined Solutions Services Ltd in June 2012 as a cleaning operative.

Aroldo's ability was quickly spotted and he trained in the role of Area Supervisor advancing to Operations Manager. Aroldo oversees all of our sites and training as well as looking after the payroll and purchase ledger. He has an NVQ in leadership and management.

Aroldo is Brazilian/Italian you will never win an argument so don’t try!

Stacee Callaghan - HR and Contract Manager

Stacee started in 2006 as a cleaning operative and has worked in various roles. Stacee has recently been promoted to HR and Contract Manager.

Stacee helps look after our sites and employees, ensuring all employment law is met and deals with all of our TUPE regulations. Stacee is often seen on site training employees and ensuring we meet clients needs. Stacee holds a level 3 in Team Leading and is a qualified First Aider.

Stacee is the crafty one of the team – take that how you will!

Kate Hutt – Area Manager

Kate joined us in 2016 as a cleaning operative.

When a position became available for Area Supervisor in 2020 Kate successfully applied and through her determination and speedy learning Kate has recently been promoted to Area Manager. Kate looks after all of our sites and clients needs along with recruitment and training of our operatives. Kate holds a level 3 in Management and is a qualified First Aider.

Kate enjoys criminology, particularly serial killers – you have been warned!

Steven Leadbetter – Facilities Manager

Steve has been with Solutions since the outset in 2004.

Steve’s role has diversified over the years. Steve is in charge of our building and all facilities within it. He has many talents including carrying out plumbing and handyman work for our clients. Steve is also responsible for our fleet of vehicles and all of our IT equipment, he is also a qualified PAT tester and trains our operatives on our machinery.

Steve likes a good debate so unless you have a spare hour or two don’t get him started!

Lauren Howard – Stores

Lauren joined Solutions in 2018 as a cleaning operative/team leader.

Lauren joined the office team in January 2022 to run our stores and look after the stock and warehouse. Lauren ensures that all our operatives have enough cleaning chemicals, stock and equipment to carry out their work.

Lauren takes good care of our work vehicles – her own not so much!

Alex Beckwith – Finance and QC Manager

Alex joined us in 2008 as cleaning operative/area supervisor and has since gained her level 3 in management and leadership.

Alex had a break in her employment to have a family and when she returned needed more flexibility. Alex is now in charge of the accounts department. It is also her responsibility to carry out quality controls on site. This ensures a fresh pair of eyes are checking that our level of service is as high as possible.

Alex likes to knock down walls – don’t worry she leaves her hammer at home when doing credit control!

Sarah Peabody – Office and Payroll Administrator

Sarah started her employment in 2012 as a cleaning operative.

After showing competence and ability she was given the role of administrator in 2015. Sarah supports all members of Solutions with their day-to-day activities. She also has the most important job of making sure our 67 employees all get paid correctly and on time. Sarah achieved a Diploma in Payroll Administration to allow her to do this.

Sarah will give her honest opinion – don’t want to know? – Don’t ask!
