About Us

With over 30 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, Solutions Services Ltd has grown from a small office to an industrial-scale operation, complete with our own warehouse. As a result, we now provide services across Warwickshire and parts of Leicestershire, including Rugby, Coventry, Lutterworth, and Tamworth.

In addition, we are ISO accredited and proud members of BICSc and FSB, we keep our practices current and up-to-date with the latest cleaning standards and industry advancements.

Our dedicated cleaning operatives are at the heart of our company, and we work hard to create an environment where they feel supported and appreciated. Consequently, their hard work and commitment to excellence, enable us to consistently deliver outstanding services to our clients.

Sarah Parrin – Director

Sarah founded Solutions Services Ltd in 2004 and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry.

A highly self-motivated individual with a wide range of skills in business planning and growth. Passionate about customer service and staff retention. As the founder, Sarah oversees all aspects of the running of Solutions Services Ltd.

Standing at only 5ft 1inch, she has been known to walk 32 miles in one day, which means she has worn down her legs!

Aroldo Calado – Finance Manager

Aroldo joined Solutions Services Ltd in June 2012 as a cleaning operative.

Thanks to his strong work ethic, he quickly demonstrated his capabilities and after training in the role of Area Supervisor, soon advanced to Operations Manager. He has an NVQ in leadership and management. With his background in finance, Aroldo was perfectly suited to become our Finance Manager

Aroldo is Brazilian/Italian you will never win an argument so don’t try!

Stacee Callaghan - HR Manager

Stacee started as a cleaning operative in 2006 and has since worked in various roles, eventually becoming our H.R. Manager.

In her role, Stacee manages our policies and procedures, employee relations, ensures compliance with employment laws, and handles all TUPE regulations. She frequently visits sites to ensure we meet clients' needs. Additionally, she holds a Level 3 in Team Leading and is a qualified First Aider.

Known for being the crafty one of the team – take that how you will!

Kate Hutt – Contracts Manager

Kate joined us in 2016 as a cleaning operative.

Subsequently, Kate successfully applied for the position of Area Supervisor in 2020. Through determination and quick learning, she earned a promotion to Contracts Manager. She now oversees all our sites and client needs, as well as the recruitment and training of operatives. Kate holds a Level 3 in Management and is a qualified First Aider.

Kate enjoys criminology, particularly serial killers – you've been warned!

Steven Leadbetter – Facilities Manager

Steve has been with Solutions since the outset in 2004.

Over the years, Steve’s role has evolved, and now he manages our building and all its facilities, alongside our fleet vehicles and taking care of all our I.T. needs. With skills in many areas including being a qualified PAT tester and level 2 plumber, he carries out handyman work for our clients and undertakes any machinery training our operatives require.

Steve likes a good debate so unless you have a spare hour or two don’t get him started!

Lauren Howard – Stores

Lauren joined Solutions in 2018 as a cleaning operative/team leader.

In January 2022, Solutions brought her into our office team to run our stores and look after the stock and warehouse. As well as liaising with suppliers and ordering the stock, Lauren carries out all our deliveries, ensuring that our operatives have enough janitorial products and equipment to carry out their work with ease

Notably, she takes good care of our delivery van – her own not so much!

Sarah Peabody – Office and Payroll Administrator

Sarah started her employment in 2012 as a cleaning operative.

After advancing to Area Supervisor and showing her competence and ability, Sarah earned the promotion to Administrator in 2015. In her current role, she supports all Solutions members with their day-to-day activities. Her role includes the important job of making sure our employees get paid correctly and on time. In order to enable her to do this, Sarah achieved a Diploma in Payroll Administration.

Sarah will give her honest opinion – so if you don’t want to know? – Don’t ask!
